Our bikes are shipped 99% assembled in a custom oversized box. You only need to straighten the handlebars and tighten the pedals using the complimentary tool kit included with every order.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day Love Your Ride guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging for a full refund, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee.
Do PUBLIC bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every PUBLIC frame and fork is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, while non-consumable components are covered for one year.
How do I choose the right size bike for me?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more upright, comfortable ride.
Do you offer financing options for larger purchases?
Yes, we partner with Affirm to offer flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to pay for your bike over 3, 6, or 12 months with qualified credit.
Can I add accessories like baskets and racks to my bike?
